Higher volumes of incoming purchases mean extra time is needed for teams to prepare and send out packages. All stated delivery windows only account for transit handled by delivery partners and do not cover the time spent preparing and packing each order. These delivery estimates are calculated using business days for metropolitan zones, and timelines can shift based on destination location and outside influences.

When goods leave our warehouse, timing depends on stock availability. Any projections shared about delivery arrival serve purely as estimates. We cannot take responsibility for hold-ups created by postal disruptions or events outside our control. Extended wait times should be expected throughout promotional events and sales periods. The delivery timelines we share come straight from courier providers and may change based on shipping location and other external conditions.

Within limits allowed by law, I.AM.GIA (US) will not accept liability for losses or harm experienced by buyers or third parties when projected delivery windows are not met. Product prices and delivery fees shown at checkout do not cover customs levies that local authorities may apply once packages reach their destination country.

Our team aims to dispatch all orders submitted before 11AM PDT on the same working day. Any purchases made after this cutoff time, over weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day where possible. An email confirming shipment will be sent once your parcel leaves our warehouse. For orders shipped to locations within the United States, we will cover all duty and tariff costs for now. The final price you see at checkout is the total amount you will pay.

Orders containing multiple products may be split into separate parcels when items are stored across different warehouse locations. Each separate shipment will come with its own tracking reference, and you will receive email alerts every time one part of your purchase is dispatched. No extra delivery charges apply for split shipments.

We cannot send parcels to PO boxes or parcel lockers. If you enter this style of address during checkout, your order will not move forward for shipment. Our team will reach out to request an alternative delivery location. If we receive no reply within 48 hours after reaching out, the order will be cancelled and a refund processed.

All parcels ship from our US warehouse through third-party courier services selected by us, matching the delivery option you select during checkout. Available service choices and projected timelines will populate once you input your delivery address. By placing an order, you grant permission for carriers to leave your package at the given address without collecting a signature. If nobody is present to receive the parcel, it may be left unattended at the drop-off point. Once a package has been delivered to your specified address, neither our brand nor our delivery partners take responsibility for theft, damage, or loss of the goods.

When you give carriers permission to leave parcels unattended, you give up claims for refunds, replacements, or re-delivery if items go missing or are stolen, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Double-check all delivery information for accuracy before completing your purchase. Delivery options and timelines vary by location. Currency conversion values displayed on the site act only as approximations. The final charge applied to your payment method follows exchange rates and processing fees set by your banking provider. If you refuse to receive your package and decline to pay required import fees, restocking charges plus original shipping costs will be subtracted from your refund amount.
